Bronze is a service. Azure is software. The thread between them is ours.

Why we built TheHubb

Most workforce operations run on a dozen disconnected tools. Hiring in one, scheduling in another, hours in a third, and a spreadsheet holding it together on Friday afternoon. Nothing in that stack is wrong. It was just never built to agree with the rest.

Better software never closed that gap on its own. Operations are not run by tools. They are run by people — at six in the morning, when a driver does not show and the route still has to go out.

So we built the systems. And we run the operations.

That is what it means to be your workforce operating partner.

The platform

How TheHubb is put together.

Some of the work runs on our software. Some of it we run for you. Both sit on the same platform.

Managed services

Managed

Three teams that take the work on rather than hand you a tool. They carry no dashboard because there is nothing for you to operate.

How managed services work
  • End-to-end DSP HR & recruitingWe source, screen, onboard and keep your drivers — and we own the outcome, not just the pipeline.
  • DSP dispatch servicesA dispatch team that runs your board — rescues, reassignments and exceptions handled before they cost you the day.
  • Fleet management servicesVans kept road-ready and accounted for, so you are never paying for capacity you cannot dispatch.

Live

The station day, reconciled before it ends.

Route by route, hour by hour, on one surface. MileMargin closes the day the same evening it happened, so the number you act on is today's rather than last month's.

Coming soon

Half of this is still done by our team, not our software.

StaffFlo is the software for hiring, scheduling, attendance and performance across teams that never sit at a desk. It is not finished. Until it is, the same work is covered by the people who already do it.

There is no waitlist, no private beta and no launch date. When there is something worth using it will appear here.

Managed services · people, not software

Some of the work has to be done by people. So we do it.

Each of these is a team, not a product. They take named work off your station and answer for it. That is what being your workforce operating partner means in practice.

  • Hiring and onboarding

    End-to-end DSP HR & recruiting

We source, screen, onboard and keep your drivers — and we own the outcome, not just the pipeline.

    We take on

    • Sourcing through to day-one readiness
    • Background, licence and compliance checks
    • Onboarding paperwork and records
    • Retention and exit handling

    You keep

    • The hiring bar, and the final yes
    • Pay rates and what you offer
    • The headcount you carry
  • Daily board and exceptions

    DSP dispatch services

A dispatch team that runs your board — rescues, reassignments and exceptions handled before they cost you the day.

    We take on

    • Daily board build and driver assignment
    • Live exception handling and rescues
    • Station and driver communication
    • End-of-day reconciliation

    You keep

    • The commitments the board is built against
    • When we escalate, and to whom
    • Anything that changes what the day costs
  • Vehicles and uptime

    Fleet management services

Vans kept road-ready and accounted for, so you are never paying for capacity you cannot dispatch.

    We take on

    • Inspection scheduling and records
    • Damage, repair and downtime tracking
    • Grounded-vehicle follow-through
    • Utilisation against authorised count

    You keep

    • The vehicles and the leases
    • Repair and replacement spend
    • How much capacity you want on the road

None of this replaces your managers. It takes the work that repeats every day off their desk, so the judgement calls are the part they are left with.

Security and trust

You are trusting our software with your records, and our people with your operation.

The first half is the question every vendor answers. The second is the one an operating partner cannot avoid.

One thing is structurally in your favour: the software and the people are the same company. There is no vendor pointing at a staffing agency and no staffing agency pointing at a vendor. When something goes wrong there is one party to ask.

We do not hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 today, and there is no badge on this page implying otherwise. When we hold one it will appear here with its scope and the date it was issued.

What we can send you today

Questions for the software

Who inside TheHubb can see our workforce records?
Answered on request — the roles that exist, and what each one can reach.
Where is our data held, and how long is it kept?
Answered on request.
Who else touches it?
Answered on request — the subprocessors, and what each one does.
What happens when something goes wrong?
Being written down. Until it is published we will tell you what the process is today, rather than what it is going to be.

Questions for the people

Which named people act inside our operation?
Answered on request.
What happens to their access when one of them leaves?
Being written down.
Who is accountable when one of your teams gets it wrong?
We are. That is the whole difference between a managed service and a staffing agency, and it is the one answer here that does not need a document.

Ask for any of it and you will get what exists today, not what we intend to have.

Integrations

Work moves between systems. That is the only reason integrations exist.

Everything about a single shift starts in several places and has to end up in one. This is where it enters, where it is reconciled, and where it turns back into a decision.

Where it enters

  • Routes and deliveries, from the systems the station is required to run
  • Clock-ins and hours, from wherever the team punches in
  • Driver records, licences and documents
  • Vehicles, inspections and damage
  • Pay rates and payroll runs
  • Everything a person still types in by hand

Where it is reconciled

One record per station day

  • Planned against actual, route by route.
  • Hours, cost and exceptions on the same line.
  • The same record the managed teams work from.

Where it becomes a decision

  • Tomorrow's board, built from what actually happened today
  • An exception handled on the day it happens
  • An invoice checked against what was dispatched
  • A driver paid for the hours they were on the clock

There is no logo wall here. A mark on a page says a company exists; it says nothing about what moves, in which direction, or how often. Which of these arrive over a connection and which arrive because somebody enters them depends on what your station already runs, and you will be told which is which before you start rather than after.

A new system joins on the left. The middle does not change, which is the whole reason there is a middle.

Pricing

There is no price list, because there is no standard operation.

Software and the services you choose are priced together, on the shape of your station. Here is what a quote is built on, and how you get one.

What a quote is built on

  • How many stations you run
  • The size of your fleet
  • Which of the managed services you want us to run
  • How much of the work stays with your own team
  • Which software products you use

A published price would have to assume a standard station, and there isn't one. Rather than a number we would take back the moment your operation looked different, we quote the operation in front of us.

How you get one

  • 01

    You show us the operation

Your stations, your fleet, and which parts of the work you want off your plate. A demo is usually where this starts.

  • 02

    We scope it with you

What we would run, what stays yours, and where the software fits — the same split the managed services section lays out.

  • 03

You get a quote built on that scope

One number for your operation, not a plan you have to map yourself onto.

  • 04

Nothing starts until it is agreed in writing

No trial that quietly bills, no renewal you have to remember to cancel. You decide with the quote in front of you.

The first step is a conversation, and it commits you to nothing.

Questions

What the rest of the page didn't answer.

Most of what a visitor asks, the sections above try to answer where they stand. These are the three that tend to remain. If yours is not here, the last line is how to ask it.

  • Do I have to take the software and the services together?

No. They are sold and priced separately, and most operations take some of each rather than all of both. You can run MileMargin without handing us any part of your operation, and we can run your hiring, dispatch or fleet whether or not you use the software.

  • Is TheHubb only for Amazon DSPs?

Today, largely yes. MileMargin is built for how Amazon DSPs run, and the managed services are shaped around that world. The platform underneath is not DSP-specific, and it is built to run other field and distributed workforces — but that is where it is heading, not a claim about what fits today. If you are not a DSP, the honest answer is to ask us what would work now and what would not.

  • If we hand hiring or dispatch to your team and later want it back, what happens?

Your records stay yours the whole time — drivers, hours, schedules, the board — and you keep them; running the work for you never makes it ours. How an engagement ends, including notice and handover, is part of what you sign, and we go through it with you before you start rather than after.
